Swing Yoga

Swing Yoga has been developed using the Anti-gravity aerial yoga swing and has several benefits for mind and body.

Techniques are taken from Yoga, Ballet, Pilates and TRX combine to strengthen,  increase flexibility, stretch, tone and improve fitness. 

 

Using the swing alleviates pressure on the joints allowing a deeper stretch as the body is supported and able to relax.

The Swing enables a full spinal stretch with all the benefits of inverting.

Particular attention is taken to correct the posture and align the body, this not only makes you look and feel taller and stronger but prevents recurring pain or injuries caused by improper placement, overuse, stress and muscle strain.

Classes are held throughout the week Mornings and Evenings. From gentle stretch classes for beginners or those recovering from injuries to tougher more challenging workouts.
